We deliver:
- to pick-up points (Omniva, Matkahuolto, post office, etc.)
- with a courier service to the door (Venipak, GLS, TNT, FedEx, etc.)
It is not possible to purchase goods on site.
We ship to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, the rest of the European Union (including Malta and Cyprus) and Norway.
We also can ship to other countries worldwide - please contact us for shipping quote.
For high volume orders from 100kg please contact us for quote, we will find best shipping price for you.

We do our best to ship your order the same or next business day. In the Baltics, delivery can take 1-2 working days, in the rest of the EU - 1-2 weeks, but worldwide - up to 2-4 weeks.
Please note that the delivery speed depends on the carrier. Please use the tracking link sent in the email to keep track of the location of the parcel.
If you have an urgent order, please contact us before ordering to arrange the best delivery method.
If the order is not collected from the shop within 3 months, we reserve the right to return it to stock or dispose of it and to apply the money paid by the customer to the costs of disposal, order administration and storage of the goods during those 3 months.
Returns
In accordance with the European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, and return the goods purchased in the online shop. Depending on the situation, you are entitled to a refund, a replacement and/or a refund, as the case may be.
When returning the product, the product and its packaging must not have been damaged or used in any way. The replacement or refund will be made after receipt and evaluation of the goods.
If the goods have been damaged in transit, this must be reported to our shop immediately after opening the packaging and we will help to resolve the situation.
Instructions for returns with Omniva
You can return the goods to our warehouse, via the Omniva returns service or by arranging your own shipment to our warehouse address. To return via Omniva, please follow the steps below:
- Fill in the return form on the platform atgriesana.omniva.lv.
- After completing the return form, information with the return code will be sent to your phone and email.
- Go to your nearest Omniva outlet, select "Send parcel" -> "Shipment with pre-prepared address card", enter the return code and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Please note that you can return an item via a parcel machine if the parcel package size does not exceed 38 x 64 x 39cm and its max weight does not exceed 30kg.
